By participating in the Bronkberry Farms Business Expo, the vendor agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Bronkberry Farms and employees claims and any liabilities, whatsoever, arising out of participation in the said event, including but not restricted to any loss or damage, theft, injury, or expense. Further the vendor assumes all responsibility for his/her employees, helpers, payment of sales tax or any accompanying non participants.

All vendors must operate in compliance with the Will County Health Department.
