Westford Recreation Department Logo Design Contest

Youth in the town of Westford, VT are invited to design the new logo for the Westford Recreation Department.

Designs must be submitted to the Recreation Coordinator by 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Designs may be delivered to the town office at any time and may be put into the drop box.

Artist’s name (as registered) should be lightly printed on the back of the design

Design Requirements:

No larger than 8 ½ x 11 inches
Clean sketches or clean drawings with pen or marker are best
Colored pencil is also acceptable, though solid colors will translate more easily to the 'ideal' logo

The winning design will be presented to the Design and Creative Media Program at CTE for final production of a printable logo. Hopefully the youth artist will be able to meet with the DCM team to see the logo creation come to life.

It is understood that designs become property of WRD, and designs as submitted will be evaluated. It is further understood that any design selected will be given to a graphic artist at the DCM Program of the CTE to be turned into a fully reproducible logo design.
