This Mother's Day (5/12) we will be recognizing the "new gifts" God has blessed us with at Meadowview Baptist Church. If your family has been blessed with a newborn in the past year or if you have a toddler that has not been publicly dedicated, please complete this form before Saturday, 5/11. Families and the child will be asked to come up on stage, recite a provided Family Dedication, and receive a gift from the church. Come and celebrate new life with us this Sunday at 10:15 a.m.
