Application is for December 18th, 2022 event only. Applications accepted 11/21/22 through 12/03/22.  Acceptance/denial notifications will be sent 12/04/22 through 12/06/22.  

Uncommon Flea is a curated market - application does not guarantee acceptance nor does previous participation in the flea nor does the submission date/time of your application.

Booths are $60 each. Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pre-payment is required within 72 hours AFTER you receive a confirmation email to reserve space. Failure to pay within 72 hours will result in cancellation of your reservation. Payment accepted in person at Uncommon Objects, via credit card by phone at 512-442-4000 or by PayPal.  If you have requested PayPal as your method of payment, you will be sent an invoice. Please include your PayPal email address.

Waitlist applications are accepted after an event is full. If a space opens and you are accepted, booth fee payment is required within 72 hours of notification.

All booths are 10'x10' outdoor spaces and vendor must provide their own tent and weights, tables, chairs, clothing racks, etc... Booths do not have electricity. A canopy is not required but strongly recommended. Weights must be used with a canopy.

We will not reserve specific booth spaces within the yard. No more than 2 vehicles may unload into one booth. Merchandise load must be planned accordingly. One car is strongly recommended.

If you want to share a space with another vendor, make note of that in the "Additional Information" space. All vendors must submit an application and be approved. No more than 2 vehicles may unload into one space.

Vendors are responsible for handling their own payments and change. Uncommon Objects does not have an ATM or the ability to make change for you.

Acceptance notices will include load in/out instructions and parking information.
Uncommon Flea will continue if light or sporadic showers are forecasted.
Uncommon Flea will make every effort to make decisions regarding cancellation or rescheduling of the market by end of business the Friday before the market, however, unforeseen or emergency situations may arise where the decision to cancel or reschedule may be made the day before the flea.
Uncommon Flea is open to the public 10am-3pm. Vendors should plan to be at the flea from 7am-5pm due to load in/out. Do not plan to leave the market by a specific time.
