As a school we are deeply invested in learning from your experiences to support current UCLA Community School students to succeed in college and beyond. We are asking you to take 5 minutes to update us by filling out this form about what you are currently doing. We also know you get a lot of requests and so this form also provides a way to opt out of any future requests.

We use these data to release an annual UCLA Community School Longitudinal College-Going Data Report to help strengthen the school's college going culture and inform other schools as well.  To strengthen our recommendations for college supports, we need complete alumni data. By completing this form, you will be helping us fill in the missing links in our database.
