For those struggling with disordered eating, an eating disorder, or coexisting disorders.
Through Recovery Meet-Ups, high schoolers are empowered to pursue Recovery in cohorts of 5-8 students, while discussing moderated questions, share self-care tips, learn from DBT/CBT/ACT skills, and work on group initiatives that help target systemic mental health issues. Students that are passionate about mental health are encouraged to volunteer as Meet-Up Mentors, who lead Meet-Up cohorts.

- Opportunities to process
- Pre-planned questions & opportunities to receive advice from others
- Surveys as well a group initiatives to improve school and familial support systems
- 24/7 outside contact with other members of your group
Sessions will take place monthly over Zoom and in accordance with participants’ schedules.
