Crownpoint Community Pathways
Trails are unique in that they contribute to community cohesiveness while positively impacting the health, education, and culture of a region.  The Crownpoint Community Watch & Awareness group would like your feedback in order to develop an enjoyable trail network that would improve accessibility to local resources and improve the physical, emotional, and  spiritual well-being of Crownpoint’s residents and visitors.

If you are taking this survey on a mobile device, please turn your screen horizontally. The below survey is intended to collect information about Crownpoint's various pathways in order to improve the trails network for both users and non-users at the benefit of the community. The survey is voluntary and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The information will be used to better inform the trail's development, but also to provide justification for potential funds that could assist with efforts.
