I, do hereby agree that while participating in all games, coordinated by the Metro East Hockey League, that the named association, it’s sponsors or coordinators assume no legal liability for injuries, illness, or other loss as a result of such participation.  It is further agreed that this consent shall remain in full force and effect until such time as the undersigned shall notify the Metro East Hockey League in writing of the cancellation of this consent.  It is also my understanding that there is no insurance coverage provided, and that if I wish to have insurance, it is my responsibility to secure the coverage.  In giving unconditional consent to emergency first aid care which may be performed by coordinators, fellow players of their assistants, it is the intentions of the undersigned to waive and release any and all claims, of any kind whatsoever, in law or in equity, in my own right on account of any operations of said Metro East Hockey League.  Furthermore, I understand and fully agree that all decisions made by the Board of Governors are final and binding. I have read and understand the MEHL rules.
