Lavon Grand Heritage HOA provides assistance to title companies and homeowners in the processing of data pertaining to the sale and transfer of ownership of properties within the communities that we manage.

No advanced payment is required; all amounts due will be provided on the Certificate and are to be collected at Closing. Governing Documents and a New Homeowner Packet will be forwarded to the requestor along with the Resale Certificate to be provided to the Buyer at Closing.

COSTS:
$375.00 - Resale Certificate
$100.00 - Access Card Fee (all sales)

$275.00 - Transfer Fee (owner to buyer sales)
$100.00 - Compliance Inspection Fee (owner to buyer sales)

$200.00 - Transfer Fee (builder to buyer sales)

$192.00 - Working Capital (builder to buyer sales)
