2024 Youth Groups Summer Visit Request Form
Please note this is a required request form with the primary information needed to book a visit to the museum. Your visit is not confirmed until a member of the Bell Groups team has reached out to you with an exact date/time.

Summer Youth Group Visit Info:
When: Tuesday-Friday - June 20, 2024-August 29, 2024
Hours: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Black out dates: June 19, July 4, Aug. 27, Aug. 30

There are no hands-on labs or spaces to eat lunch for summer groups.

University of Minnesota policy requires 1 adult chaperone per 10 children (1:10 ratio). We may not be able to book your visit if the ratio cannot be met.

Ticket Cost (Group Rate)
Youth:
  • Museum only ($10.00 per person)
  • Planetarium only ($6.00 per person)
  • Combo ($12.00 per person)
Adult chaperones:
(Chaperones within the 1:10 ratio and PCA's/Paraprofessionals are included/free)
  • Museum only ($12.00 per person)
  • Planetarium only ($8.00 per person)
  • Combo ($18.00 per person)

Arrival Time and Departure Time
The Museum is open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday - Friday for summer bookings. Booked youth groups can come as early as 9:15 AM (not always available) and are asked to depart by 3:00 PM. 

(Please note that your timeframe must not include eating lunch onsite - plan to eat prior to or after your visit).
