<gn>(Formerly <HC>) has been around since the early days of MoP with steady and constant improvements tier to tier. We push for our raid environment to not only be relaxed but enjoyable for people with many different types of personalities. We try to encourage competition but also teamwork amongst each other. We value creativity and new ideas while being able to perform numerically and mechanically strong tier to tier. We offer a very unique environment, from our low requirements to our laid back approach to raiding while still seeing results tiers to tier, very few guilds like us exist.

Raid times:
Tues/Wed/Thurs/Mon 7-11pm CST. We add one extra day first week, and one extra day last week. (We have been a 12hr guild with no OT for 8 years, and have been a competing top 12hr guild. We want to improve and move into a more competitive bracket and push ourselves further)

Expectations:
- We expect a significantly high attendance rate (Both showing up 15 minutes before raid) while also being courteous in giving notice of life events that may cause you to miss or be late. Communication is key.
- You have to be able to take a joke, while we don't "pick" on people, we want to enjoy and be involved with the people we play with. We are not looking for people to show up for 16hrs a week and never interact with the guild outside of that.
- You are required to have the following: Weakauras, Bigwigs or DBM, ERT, RCLoot Council.
- We will set requirements before each raid tier and all trials and raiders are expected to meet the requirements by the designated week. You are expected to do extensive research on the upcoming fights, and are encouraged to share and discuss amongst your fellow teammates.
- You are expected to come to raid fully raid ready with consumables. We will typically supply consumables, but should we not be able to then you are expected to have a supply on hand to get you through the raid night.
- You are expected to have one alt/be willing to maintain a second character.

Application Process:
- We expect thoughtful responses and effort to be shown in your application. We dont waste your time with a long application and so we ask that you do not waste ours with a poorly written app. Show us why we should want you.
- If you do not hear from us on either Discord or Battle.net within 7 days of your application, that means we currently do not have interest.
