The Wauconda Grade School PTO is excited to have a booth again to help students, their parents or guardians, and staff tie-dye custom WGS Gecko T-shirts during Meet & Greet on Tuesday, August 15th at Wauconda Grade School!
It is important to pre-order your T-shirt using the form below to guarantee availability & size, as we will have limited additional t-shirts at Meet & Greet. T-shirts will be $15 each, with proceeds going to WGS PTO to help fund events like class field trip transportation. Sizes available range from Youth Small to Adult 3XL.
You will only need to submit one form per family, not one form per student. Please provide the following:
* Your contact information including your oldest WGS student's name & grade so we can easily distribute at Meet & Greet.
* Enter the size selection for each T-shirt you are ordering (please remember you can use one form for your entire family's order).
* Please indicate your payment method, which can be made either:
* using Zelle to zellewgspto@gmail.com. Please include "tie-dye" in the description/reason.
OR
* Cash/check (made out to Wauconda D118 PTO with "tie-dye" in the memo) sent in to the WGS front office at 225 Osage St, Wauconda, Attn: WGS PTO Tie-Dye Shirts. If sending Cash or Check, please make sure to include your name/student's name in the envelope.
Orders will not be placed until payment is received. All orders & payments are due by Thursday, August 3rd. No exceptions will be made due to timing requirements of our vendor.
