We're looking for volunteers ready to listen to diverse perspectives, and interact with positivity and enthusiasm. Whether you're interested in event setup, assisting with activities, or providing support throughout the day, your presence will make a difference.Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Welcome crew: Volunteers assist with guest registration, distribute programs or maps, and answer any questions attendees may have.

Art Exhibition: Volunteers help with the setup and or take down of exhibits, provide information to attendees, and help with any necessary maintenance.

Art Fair: help artists with unloading and loading their artwork, providing assistance with setting up and breaking down booths, and ensuring that artists have everything they need to showcase their work effectively.

Music Performances: Volunteers assist as additional stage hands

Vending Market: Volunteers help with the setup and or tear down of the vending market. They should ensure that vendors are set up properly and answer any questions attendees may have.

Kids and Family Zone: Set Up and Preparation, Welcoming and Assisting Families, Supervising Activities, Assisting with Clean-Up

Clean-Up Crew: Volunteers help with event clean-up, including breaking down equipment and removing trash

Accessibility: Volunteers should be available to assist attendees with special needs. They should help with any necessary accommodations, answer questions, and provide directions.

Crew and Volunteer Hospitality: Assist with stocking snacks, drinks, and refreshments in our green rooms
