The A-State INSPIRE program, is a program designed to introduce incoming freshmen from various backgrounds to resources and involvement opportunities at Arkansas State University. Through team building, resource seminars and campus exposure freshmen will prepared to be active leaders, through their college matriculation at Arkansas State University. The A-State INSPIRE program is based on Four Principles: Access, Belonging, Growth and Education.

In addition to personal, cultural, and leadership opportunities A-State INSPIRE will provide:
• Meetings with diverse faculty and staff which will be pivotal during your tenure at A-State
• Introduction to campus resources to help with first day anxiety
• Ability to move into residence halls one week before the general move-in date
• A mentor to help you navigate college life

    To be eligible for INSPIRE candidates must:
•         be an incoming freshman at Arkansas State University
•         be registered for room and board with residence life for the fall semester.
•         have a strong interest in becoming a student leader
•         be able to stay for the entire duration of the program
