Marching Band Uniform (Participants)

All students are expected to have the following extra uniform pieces:

For summer: Blue parade shirt, black shorts, black shoes, short black socks, and blue hat or visor (guard excluded from hat)

*All pieces for summer will be worn in parades.

**Blue shirts will be included in the summer camp fee.

***All participants are in charge of purchasing their own PLAIN black shorts (no other obvious colors, stripes, design, etc). Make sure you are able to tuck a shirt into the shorts. You may choose to order basketball shorts through us. Cost is $15. (See below) If you want any other style of shorts, you are responsible for purchasing them.

For fall: Blue parade shirt, black shorts, black marching shoes, track suit, show shirt, and blue hat or visor (guard excluded from hat)

*Pieces will be used interchangeably, depending on the performance and weather.

**Hats are worn during football games.

***Show shirt will be included in fall uniform fee.

1. If you are not participating in summer band, you will need to order a blue parade shirt separately, unless you have one from a previous year. You will also need to purchase black shorts (as described above) for warmer football games.

2. All black (including soles) athletic (NOT Converse type) shoes may be worn for summer, BUT specific marching shoes must be used for fall. Please order shoes (as needed) if you will be participating in fall band.

3. We will use the same track suit and hat as previous years. You only need to order those items if you are new to the program or if you need to replace your existing pieces. Summer only participants do not need to order a track suit!

4. All fees will be added to Skyward. Do not pay until the fees are posted.

5. A separate band swag order form will be provided for family orders.

Shoe size for Marching Shoes: $55

*For winds or percussionists who are new or need to replace their existing shoes.

**Please indicate Men's or Women's size. (ex. Women's 8, etc.)

***See available sizes below. The manufacturer recommends sizing off your regular athletic or sneaker size.

Shoe size for Guard Parade Shoes: Up to $40

*For guard members who are new or need to replace their existing shoes. These shoes will be lighter and easier to dance in during the parades than regular sneakers, but still give support and cushion.

**Shoes will be used for parades and for football games, but not for the fall field show.

Parade/Football Pep Band Shirt:

Enter a size if you are doing summer band or need a new one.

$12 +$2 per size for 2XL and larger

*ALL participating students need one!

**If you are new to band, but not participating in summer band, you need to order this shirt.

***The cost of the shirt for summer band participants will be included in the camp cost. All summer participants will receive a shirt, whether they have one, or not.

****Fall only participants may use one you already have, as long as it is in good shape.
