Objectifs du programme
-Develop Cultural Intelligence competence

-Increasing the coach's "Reflexibility"
-Understand how one's culture (behaviours, values, beliefs) can influence coaching practice
-Be able to accompany clients' intercultural challenges

AWARENESS: Develop cultural self-awareness; Work on the barriers in intercultural relationships; Activate the necessary attitudes of intercultural competence
KNOW-HOW (Skills) : Adapt cultural preferences  and cultural differences in a coaching practice and coaching relationship.  
KNOW-HOW: Include and practice intercultural intelligence, as a transversal competence to coaching competences
