Salaamun alaykum,

Please use this form to indicate whether or not your child will be attending the madrassah in person at the Jaffari Community Centre (JCC) at 9000 Bathurst Street, Thornhill, ON on Sunday, May 15th. This info will be used to confirm if there is sufficient attendance to make it worthwhile to have an onsite session, and if so, to arrange for workshop materials, breakout sessions and lunch.

This in person workshop is for Al-Haadi students in Grades 1-7 only, and is being planned to be conducted instead of online classes on Sunday, May 15th.  Attendance will be taken. All students are expected to attend just as they would normally attend the online classes.  The topic is on 'Being a Resilient Muslim' and it is very relevant for grades1-7.  There will, inshaAllah, be crafts and fun activities for Grades 1-4 and also breakout sessions on Bulugh, common errors in Salaat & Wudhu, etc. and for Grades 5-7 students.

Time: 10:30 am - 2:30 pm.

Please submit a separate form for each child by end of day, Sunday, April 3, 2022. The session will be confirmed around mid-April, based on responses received.
