Request Clinical Supervision With Dr. Ford
Hello there! Thank you for contacting me! I have some openings for supervision clients!

My training and approach to therapy are as follows:
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained to work with issues of depression/anxiety/trauma/grief/abuse/relationships, I have been assisting individuals and families with working through matters of the heart and mind since 2014. I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and the University of Memphis, where I attained my Master of Social Work. I obtained my Doctor of Behavioral Health from Freed-Hardeman University.

My goal is to aid Supervisees in the following:
a. Fulfilling requirements for training supervision for an LMSW to become an LCSW in the State of Georgia and Tennessee.
b. Promoting the development of the Supervisee’s professional identity and competence.
c. Enhancing Supervisee’s skills in case conceptualization and utilizing all available data to form hypotheses, make diagnoses, and create a practical treatment plan.
d. PLUS MORE!

Currently, I only supervise clients working in a clinical setting who have a current LMSW license in either Georgia or Tennessee. I have appointments from 10 am-7 pm EST (Tuesday-Friday). I DO NOT see clients on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

I only offer virtual services if you want to conduct your supervision via your home and a smartphone/computer. We would connect via the Google Meet app. You must be licensed and working in Georgia or Tennessee.

The individual supervision is 1 hr in length and is $100/hr. The group supervisions are $60 per person for 1 hr. There has to be a minimum of 3 people participating in the group supervision. No more than 4 people can participate in a group session in Tennessee and 6 people in a group session in Georgia. You can pay via credit or debit card.

If you want to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, please fill out this form. I will contact you within 48 business hours via the email address you provide in this form to schedule a day. In the consultation, we will discuss what you desire to achieve in supervision, answer any questions you may have, and see if we feel this is a good fit before we sign a supervision contract.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns! I look forward to working with you!
