If you've been part of a mentoring scheme before, please share any useful insights. If you haven't, please let us know anything you'd particularly like to see in a mentoring programme/any ideas you'd like to share.

We want the partnering of mentors and mentees to be as useful as possibly to the individuals and businesses involved, and to our sector as a whole. If you've been part of a scheme before, or have any good ideas you'd like to share, please let us know. And, if there are things to avoid, these can be equally useful.
