Through this form you can sign up for joining the yearly NVTB meeting, which will take place at Dopersduin (www.dopersduin.nl) in Schoorl on June 19 & 20. Be sure to sign-up as soon as possible as availability is limited! Registration will close on 1st of June!

The meeting will start on the 19th of June around 10:30 and will end on the 20th of June around 17:00. All meals (this does not include dinner on the 20th of June) and an overnight stay at Dopersduin are included in the conference fee. All meals will be vegetarian (please let us know if you have any allergies or other dietary preferences). After registering you will receive a confirmation e-mail. After registration closes you will receive an invoice for the amount due, please be sure to pay this invoice before the 10th of June.

We particularly invite master students, PhDs and postdocs to submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation. The Schoorl meeting is an excellent low-key opportunity to practice your presentation skills and get feedback from peers as well as experienced researchers. Note that the number of slots for presentations is limited. Presenters will be selected based on the abstract submitted and will be notified after registration closes.
