By commissioning me you are agreeing to the entire terms of service, breaking them will result in a potential blacklist from future commission opportunities.

general

-You are allowed to re-upload any commission on any site, given proper credit to my toyhouse.
-You can use your commission for any decorative means, profile pictures, banners, pagedolls, emotes, etc.
- You are not allowed to make any art of mine into an nft. Doing this will result in an immediate blacklist.
- I am a sfw account, please do not send me nsfw references. If need be, just censor anything before you send it over.
- Feel free to ask me for progress pictures. I don’t mind sending them just please don’t repeatedly ask, I am a very busy person and it can stress me out.
- Any of my designs can be traded, sold or gifted, I’m not too picky on how you price them. While I’d prefer you don’t ask for more than what you paid if there is no extra art added, I won’t get upset if you sell for more.
-By commissioning me you are allowing me to post the finished piece, speedpaint, and any sketches on any social media of mine. You can just ask me if you’d prefer I don’t!
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission that comes my way or cancel it with good reason.


payment

-I am currently only taking payment in the form of *paypal-usd-vouchers, and e-gift cards.
*a voucher essentially means you would hold the money for me until i find something to buy with it.

-vouchers are preferred by people who are online frequently and have done voucher payments in the past
-holds are always available unless stated
-refunds for art are available up until the coloring stage, refunds for designs are available at any stage but in doing so you are giving up the design rights.
