Thank you so much for showing interest in helping our SCS family! There are many ways you can benefit our school, some of which we may not have thought about yet! Please communicate any way in which you think you can benefit our school.
Volunteer Ideas:
We will have a service day in the community in the fall, as well as a service day at our school in the spring.
We have landscaping that can always use some freshening up.
Helping coach.
Teaching skills (cooking, changing tires, building, sewing, etc.)
Coordinating a prayer group for our school and community.
Taking admission at athletic events can help us cover the cost of referees and umpires and lower player fees.
Volunteering to mow can save us hundreds of dollars a month.
Supervising at break or lunch can allow teachers more time to plan, grade, and refresh.
Planning extracurricular activities can help us to focus on our priorities.
Helping maintain our library or bulletin boards can create a more welcoming space.
Cleaning can save the school money and keep the administration focused on leading our school well.
Taking pictures can help keep our SCS family up to date on all the ways we are learning and growing.
