Class maybe rescheduled or moved for these reasons:

The health of the instructor or student

Instructor availability, if an instructor is unavailable due to personal reasons an alternate will be provided if available. If not, the class will be rescheduled.

Pool availability, we do not own the pools we use therefore we don’t control the availability and we set high safety standards regarding chemical balance and temperature for the pools we use. Issues with chemicals or temp may make the pool unavailable.

Weather, we look at year-round and try to make informed decisions 1-2 hours before class. We consider pool location, where instructors are driving from and where clients are driving from.

Certain weather like lightning, tornado warnings etc. requires no pool use by the state of MN, so class maybe halted and rescheduled when safe.

Outdoor pools and lakes air temperature below 72 degrees or high winds may cancel/move or reschedule class.

Outdoor pools and lakes rain beyond a light sprinkle, storm watches and warnings may cancel/move or reschedule class.

Winter weather warnings/school canceled in driving area class will be rescheduled.

Winter weather watches will be looked at along with road conditions when deciding if rescheduling is safer.

Dangerously cold temps/wind chills will be looked at along side road conditions when deciding if rescheduling is safer.

Last minute reschedules for reasons other then medical/family emergency or unsafe weather conditions will be an extra charge.
