Thank you for your interest in the CNY Reiki Association. Please complete this form to be considered for membership. After your form is received, and you've been accepted, you'll be sent a request to remit payment. If more information in order to process your application, I'll contact you. 
Rates- Our member year runs from 9/1 - 8/31. You can join at the beginning of the member year for the full price ($90), or after 3/1 for the partial year price ($50). Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
