Thank you for your interest in Garner Holt Education through Imagination's After School Program!  This is a Monday -Friday program 3pm-6pm for grades k-12.  We have  amazing experiences planned with fun and learning!

Please take your time completing all parts of the enrollment document below. Providing this information is necessary for us to ensure your proper enrollment in our program.

***Please note, your spot in class will NOT be secured until payment has been received. Payment options appear at the end of this form. Please pay online prior to first day of program each week.
