The purpose of this form to collect the information about stranded Australian passport holders & Permanent residents who are willing to fly back to Australia in the special Repatriation Flight, managed by Travel Crafters.

Flight information will be shared, post approval from the authorities.

* The information collected on the form below, will be solely shared to the government officials at the time requested and will not be used other than this purpose.

* Please ensure to fill the form ONCE ONLY , Any duplication will be automatically deleted.

* Please ensure to fill the details if you're an Australian Passport Holder or a Permanent Resident, willing to return back to Australia.

* Please ensure to fill each travelers details, correctly as per passport..

* You may be asked to get the COVID negative report within 72 hours prior departure through approved ICMR Laboratories.

** Based on government approvals and number of responses we shall update you on the charter flight and if is scheduled

** QUOTES may vary, depending on the approved numbers by Australian Government to facilitate this special repatriation flight. We will co-ordinate with you first, in such scenario. You will not be financially liable if you choose not to proceed , purely because of difference in the airfare, due to this reason..

** Every passenger must be approved to travel by relevant authorities (if required)

** All travelers will be required to pay in full, as and when the bookings and confirmed, to secure their place on the flights.

** Bookings are non-refundable, once paid.

** Once arrived in Australia, a mandatory 14 days hotel quarantine will be required unless granted an exemption by the authorities.
