The following questions will help the existing Board understand your history with Omega Leadership and how you may best contribute to the organization.

Omega Leadership Academy is a non-profit organization focused on mentoring black males in the Denver-metro area.The program is focused on helping Denver-area young men of middle and high school age grow and develop their leadership talents in every phase of human endeavor. Our program is designed to be engaging, fun and educational with a focus on short and long-term success for every member.

Finance (accounts receivable and payables, banking and accounting, auditing, etc.
Fundraising (annual event and giving campaigns)
Operations (member and volunteer recruitment, data collection, member and parent engagement, etc.)
Admin (board communication, meeting minutes and records, website and social media management, etc.)
Board Expectations
1. Regular attendance at board meetings (6 a year, cannot miss more than 2 annually)
2. Meet minimum "give or or get" individual fundraising goal as set by board of directors
3. Serve on at minimum one board committee
4. Board members interested in direct service with OLA members: Provide appropriate background screening documents as set by board of directors (Colorado state and federal)
