Black At Western Alumni Survey
This is an informal survey to solicit feedback from Black at Western Alumni (BaWA), formed June 28, 2020. BaWA has received an invitation to become an official interest group of the Western Alumni Association (WAA) at Western University (Western U.). The purpose of the survey is to gauge whether or not there is interest in joining the WAA, and if so, whether or not it is contingent upon certain terms being met. An email address is required in order to complete this form. All information will be kept confidential and is for our BaWA group's purposes only.
