Trauma Quiz
We tend to think that trauma is usually a catastrophic issue that occurs, such as devastating natural disasters that kill and damage, fighting in a war, and horrific accidents. We tend to believe that if you experience these kinds of overt traumas' it's ok to need to go to a therapist or you end up with PTSD.

This quiz is an opportunity for you to explore where unresolved trauma may be impacting your life be it in your work or personal life.

Shining the light on trauma and how it can show up for you allows you to understand how you have come to be the way you are. Then you can take compassionate steps towards healing and stop having your past in your present. You are able to begin to live your life fully.

Unresolved trauma usually shows up as a symptom that is not often linked to the incident/s that was traumatic. Normalising our experiences of trauma is a way that we subconsciously avoid the depth of impact on us.

Take the quiz to see how many symptoms of trauma are present for you. After the quiz you will be directed to my website where you can read a summary for this quiz. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me via my contact page on my website or here at support@lindaconyard.com.

May you be well, may you be happy and may you have Inner Peace
