The York School's Parent Ambassador Program was created to support a smooth transition for new families joining our community. A familiar face and someone to go to with questions can make all the difference for a new family! York Parent Ambassadors also play a vital role in supporting admissions by volunteering at events (e.g., Open House, Meet the Parents) and connecting with prospective families during the research and application process.  

Parent Ambassadors are connected with one or two new incoming families and are available to answer questions, connect them to any resources as needed, and share your own experiences as a parent in the community. This connection is made in spring 2024 and continues through the summer and during the families' integration into the community come September.

Please indicate your interest in being a York Parent Ambassador for the 2024-25 school year. We encourage long-time York parents as well as those new to the school this year to participate. 

We will be in touch with those who have indicated interest in being a part of the program regarding next steps.
