感謝您參加佛教慈濟基金會香港分會有限公司/慈濟環保願行館(統稱“慈濟基金”或“我們”)舉辦的展覽及活動。

為確保參加者的安全起見，請注意以下事項:

1. 安全
1.1慈濟基金會採取一切合理的預防措施，儘量確保所有參加者的安全，但不幸的是，有時候意外還是無法避免。因此，我們希望所有16歲以下的參加者都有成年人陪同。
1.2我們鼓勵訪客(包括兒童和成人)保持場地和設施清潔、避免在場地內奔跑及打擾其他訪客，互相尊重和理解。

2. 食物和飲料
2.1由於最近的冠狀病毒疫情和衛生原因，我們希望訪客能在進入該場所前將食物和飲料處理好。

3. 個人物品
3.1請妥善保管好自己的個人物品。雖然我們會努力確保一個無憂無慮的環境，但您的個人物品還是有可能會在場所裡丟失或損壞，所以請訪客們小心看管好自己的財物·。

4.展品或場地損壞
4.1 本次展覽的展品都是經過精心挑選過獨一無二的展品，因此，如果您能悉心處理所有展品，我們將不勝感激。
4.2如果展品或場地受損壞，有關人士可能會被要求按市場價格(如有)對展品進行合理賠償。
4.3訪客可能會被要求分享個人聯絡資料，以協助慈濟基金妥善跟進。

5. 惡劣天氣的安排
5.1如天文臺在展覽或活動開始前三小時懸掛黑色暴雨信號或八號或以上颱風信號，展覽或活動將會延期。

6. 疾病
6.1為了確保其他訪客和工作人員的安全, 任何個人體溫高於攝氏37.5度(慈濟基金所使用的溫度探測器所顯示的),或者那些有明顯的呼吸道感染的人士和那些在過去14天到國外旅行的人士都有可能被拒絕進場。
6.2為保持適當的衛生標準，我們要求訪客在進入展廳前用膠布蓋住傷口。

7. 禁止攜帶物品
7.1訪客如堅持攜帶下列物品進入該處所，將被要求離開該處所:(a)危險、散發氣味或非法的物品;(b)任何類型的武器，或任何看起來或感覺像武器的物體(包括但不限於玩具槍、玩具劍等);(c)任何大於39釐米x41釐米x49釐米的袋或行李;(d)有輪輞的手推車、運輸工具(以步行速度行駛的手扶輪椅、嬰兒車和電動輔助移動裝置除外)和有輪輞的娛樂設備，包括但不限於滑板、踏板車、滾輪鞋和帶滑輪的鞋;以及(e) 慈濟基金認為會對展覽運作可能造成混亂的物品。

8. 訪客需避免的行為
8.1我們希望參觀者避免在館內進行以下活動:(a)使用伸縮杆(例如自拍杆); (b)使用遙控飛行裝置;(c)未經慈濟基金同意銷售或推廣任何物品或服務;和(d)未經授權的活動、演講或使用任何旗幟、橫幅或標誌，或煽動群眾和其他未經許可的公共集會。

9. 其他該注意的事項
9.1我們可以根據展館的容量、特殊節目、惡劣天氣或我們認為必要的情況，不時改變開放時間和展覽時間、修改預期、控制參觀人數、暫停或取消某一時段。
9.2除獲准用於服務用途的動物(如導盲犬)除外，請不要將動物或寵物帶進展館。
9.3進入慈濟基金的展館，即表示您同意上述“免責聲明”。如果你能確保你們組的所有人都同意，我們將不勝感激。
9.4上述的內容分別用中文和英文書寫。如果文本之間有任何不一致的地方，應以英文版本為准。
9.5以上各點均受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區的法律規管。

Thank you for attending and participating in the event/ exhibition organised by Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu-Chi Foundation Hong Kong Limited /Tzu Chi Environmental Action Center (collectively “TCF” or “we”).

To ensure the safety of the participants and attendees, we would be grateful if you can observe the following house rules:
1. Safety
1.1 Whilst TCF takes all reasonable precautions to try and ensure the safety of all participants, unfortunately, accidents can occur. Therefore, we ask that all children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
1.2 Visitors (including children and adults) are encouraged to keep the space and all facilities clean and be mindful of their surroundings and of other visitors.

2. Food & Drink
2.1 Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak and for hygiene reasons, we would be grateful if food and drinks can be fully consumed before entering the event/ exhibition.

3. Personal Belongings
3.1 Please take care and safeguard your own personal belongings. Whilst we try to ensure a carefree environment, loss or damage to your personal belongings may be out of our control.

4. Loss or Damage to Exhibit and Property
4.1 The items displayed at the exhibition are unique items that are carefully curated, therefore, we would be grateful if you can handle all the exhibits with love and care.
4.2 In an event where TCF’s property is damaged, the persons responsible may be asked to reasonably compensate for the exhibits, at market rate (if any).
4.3 Visitors may be required to share personal contact information to assist with TCF to properly follow up.

5. Inclement Weather Arrangements
5.1 If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists the Black Rainstorm signal, or the typhoon signal No. 8 or above, three hours before the opening of the exhibition or start of the event, the exhibition or the event will be postponed.

6. Illness
6.1 To ensure the safety of other visitors and employees, TCF may refuse entry to any persons whose body temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius (as indicated by the temperature detector used by TCF), or to those who have significant respiratory infections into the premises, or those who travelled out of Hong Kong in the past 14 days.
6.2 To maintain proper hygiene standards, we ask that open wounds be covered with a bandaid before playing at exhibits.

7. Prohibited items
7.1 Visitors who insist on bringing the following items into the exhibition/event will be asked to leave: (a) Items which are dangerous, emit odor, or illegal; (b) any type of weapon, or any object that looks or feels like a weapon (including but not limited to toy guns, toy swords, etc.); (c) any bag or luggage that is larger than 39 cm x 41 cm x 49 cm; (d) trolleys, transport tools with rims (except for hand-propelled wheelchairs, strollers and power-assisted mobile devices that travel at walking speed) and recreation equipment with rims, including but not limited to skateboards, scooters, roller shoes and shoes with pulleys; and (e) any item that TCF believes will be harmful or may cause confusion with the operation of exhibition.

8. Prohibited Activities
8.1 We would be grateful if visitors could avoid conducting the following activities at the premises: (a) Use of a telescopic stick (such as a selfie stick) for the camera/mobile phone; (b) Use of a remote flight device; (c) Sell or promote any items or services without the consent of TCF; and (d) Unauthorized activities, speeches, or the use of any flags, banners or signs, or incitement of crowds and other unlicensed public assemblies.

9. Others
9.1 We may, from time to time, change the opening hours and exhibition times, control the number of attendees, suspend or cancel an event, in accordance with the centre’s capacity, special programs, inclement weather, or any situation we deem necessary.
9.2 We would be grateful if animals or pets are not brought into the premises, except for animals that are approved for service purposes (e.g. guide dogs).
9.3 By entering TCF’s premises, you agree the "Disclaimer" above. We would be grateful if you can ensure that all the people in your group agree as well.
9.4 The above are written in the Chinese language and the English language. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the texts, the English version shall prevail.
9.5 The above points are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
