1. Read the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
2. Complete and Pass this Safety Quiz with a score of 100% (16/16)
4. Walk through the booth operating procedures with a Makerspace Steward

After completing this quiz, you should be able to view and see your score and which questions you missed, without seeing the answers. You will receive an email confirmation via the email you accessed this form through when you pass. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Makerspace Management.
