VegFest RI - Vendor & Exhibitor Form

VegFest RI is currently accepting applications for vendors and exhibitors for our February 23, 2020 event at Waterfire Arts Center. We are especially interested in working with established restaurants and food producers who are ready to engage with customers who lead a plant-based lifestyle and support Rhode Island’s vegetarian and vegan community.

All products and food must be vegan in order to be accepted. We ask that all food vendors/restaurants provide samples of a vegan product in addition to having products available for sale.

VENDOR & EXHIBITOR COST*
Non-profit exhibitor (limited space available) - $50

Local artist/artisan vendor - $125

Restaurant/food vendor - $200

*All exhibitor fees include use of a ten foot table and two chairs. Vendors must use tables and chairs provided by VegFest RI. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
