High Meadows Re-development Survey

The Town of Hamden is soliciting community feedback on the proposed redevelopment of the High Meadows property located at 825 Hartford Turnpike. This property is currently owned and maintained by the State of CT but has been vacant and without use since 2009. The Town of Hamden is working with Colliers (www.colliers.com) to manage the developer selection process.  

Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey about the High Meadows project. Survey results will be incorporated into the Town’s requirements for the project, and provided to all interested developers.
