JERSEY CARE GUIDELINES:

Jerseys must always be carried in your purchased Ayr Rockets garment bag.  They cannot be carried in the player hockey bag, as they will become soiled or damaged.

Jerseys should be washed regularly, WITHOUT the use of fabric softener and hung to dry.  Jerseys MUST NOT be placed in a dryer.

Jerseys will not be subject to damage arising from improper care or activity (i.e. rips, tears, dirt).  

Jerseys are not to be abused or altered in any way.

DECLARATION:

By signing below, I hereby acknowledge receipt of the following hockey jerseys and the value thereof ($75 for each jersey). I agree to be responsible for the safe keeping of said jerseys, and to surrender them to the Ayr Rockets on or before the return date of April 30, 2024.

I agree not to remove the jerseys from my custody without the consent of the Ayr Rockets, and to ensure they are used solely for minor hockey GAME purposes and not abused or altered in any way. These are NOT practice jerseys.  

I further agree to regularly clean the jerseys and to always use a garment bag specifically designed to transport and store jerseys.  

At the end of the season, the jerseys will be returned to Ayr Rockets in the same condition in which they were received otherwise I agree to pay value thereof approved by the Equipment Manager ($75 for each jersey).

In the event the jerseys are lost, stolen, or for any reason cannot be delivered to Ayr Rockets upon request, I agree to pay the value thereof approved by the Equipment Manager ($75 for each jersey).

This equipment is to be used for ICE HOCKEY ONLY.
