Thank you for you interest in with Quillafy. We are excited that you have decided to apply with us. All our positions are contract positions, we will not be considered as your employee, as we will contract you to work your own schedule and perform the tasks needed. Some positions are 8 hours a day, some are 4-5 hours a day. We will start processing application for contractors in 1-2 weeks.

Positions Available:
+ New Accounts Specials
   =Candidate will make phone calls to prospective companies and convey company services offered.
   =Candidate will setup account for prospective companies
   =Candidate will email login information to candidate if needed
   =Candidate will walk prospective company representative through the self-serve process of requesting new
     orders

+New Order Specialist
  =Candidate will take new orders received via email and enter orders into the system
  =Candidate will select a staff member to take control of the account
  =Candidate will select and call a qualified Signing Agent or Notary to assign to the order

+Order Specialist
  =Candidate will answer any inquiries or concerns from company
  =Candidate will answer any inquiries or concerns from Signing Agents
  =Candidate will make sure all documents are completed upon completion

+Account Payable Clerk
  =Candidate will send payments to Signing Agents
  =Candidate will received and verify W-9 and other documents received by Signing Agents
