This is a commitment that as a member of Sure Foundation you are desiring and willing to grow in the areas of Giving, Service and Discipleship. When you enter this information it will be given to an elder of the church to hold you accountable to your growth areas.  It is our desire at Sure Foundation that every member know and believe they matter and our part of this family.
