Please fill out this form if you are wanting an Intuitive Tattoo Journey. You want to have an intuitive custom tattoo created for you by exploring energetics through a vision journey, you may be clear on the energy you are calling in but want to collaborate on a vision and trust in what comes through.

If you are wanting a Custom Tattoo, please fill out this form. You have a clear concept and want to work collaboratively with me as your artist. Custom Tattoo Requests are received once each season.

If you are wanting to apply for one of my Available Designs, please fill out this form. Jump over the the Available Design application to apply for tattoo design concepts that I have shared on my website - DivinaTemple.com/designs and through the Divina Temple Community pre-launch emails. There is no waitlist for these pre-drawn tattoos.


For Intuitive & Custom Requests: I accept applications that focus on nature such as plants/animals and geometric/ornamental art and invite me to design in my unique style. By filling out this form, your Intuitive Tattoo request will be received for reflection. I will contact you at my earliest ability.

When you hear back from me, we will book a Vision Quest and I will request a deposit for your tattoo. There is an additional cost for our visionary session: which is a 3 hour session that will have you coming into the studio to explore the tattoo coming through for you. I will guide you on a journey with breath, sound, herbal offerings, and an intuitive art session.

The tattoo will be booked following our visionary session. The tattoo process may take multiple sessions, depending on the size & details of the piece. These appointments can be spaced out depending on our needs, though our goal should be to complete this project within 1 year. 

By filling out this application, you are stepping into a container of initiation. Tattoos are a luxury and my offering is holistic and healing. Please be energetically, physically and financially prepared for your journey. We will aim to work within your budget. I will do my best to estimate the price range/amount of sessions for the piece once the tattoo art arises.

So you feel called to a Tattoo Journey! Congratulations! This is a point of transformation, celebration, becoming. Moving through a passage...

You may not yet see the vision, but feel a clear calling to the journey. 

For those that don't know what the tattoo is yet, I invite you to sink into the energy that wants to emerge through you. Drop into your why.

For the energy to crystalize in a vision, I will have you first book in a Vision Quest to explore what is wanting to come through for you. I will still ask some information about both the design and energetics below, please answer questions below to the best of your ability.

Please Note: I tattoo within the artistic realms of sacred geometry and/or nature. I will be working predominately in the style seen in my gallery, it is important to me that you have a level of openness to my designing process.

I do not generally take on cover up, or fix up projects from other artist's work, though you are welcome to apply. I don't make super small tattoos. I want your tattoos to age gracefully with you throughout your life :)

Practicalities

What imagery has been speaking to you lately? Have you been noticing any particular patterns, symbols, shapes, colours, animals or energetics prompting you? *

Do you have an idea of where (approximately) you would like the tattoo to be on you? Placement can be explored in the journey as we listen to your body. *
Do you have a size in mind? Size will depend on detail, please note, tattoo details can only be so small. We can discuss this further.
My tattooing rate is $220/hour and the Vision Quest will be an additional fee of $333. Depending on the design we create, there may be additional costs for my designing and refining process.

The tattoo process is powerful when intentional. 

We have the opportunity to share in an experience that can honor who you are, where you've been, where you are now and where you are going. 

In the intuitive process, it will be helpful for me to learn about you and what intentions you want to set with through this journey. 

Your intentions may be reflected in the design of the artwork, though they do not need to be bound by the image itself. 

Feel free to answer as much or little as you like for the following 5 questions. I want you to feel into these questions and connect with your inner guidance. 

Answering these now is not mandatory, we will certainly discuss further in our journey.
Take some time to reflect on what feels alive for you. What is life presenting at this time? Are you going through any particular life transitions? 

What has been reflected to you in your outer world? What are you noticing internally?
Feel into where you want to go in your life. Who and how you want to be. How you want to feel about yourself.

Let your connection to future you guide what direction you want to move. What needs to transform to go there?

You have the opportunity to sit with this longer, reflect on these questions, and gain clarity in your intentions. They may be reflected in the design of the artwork, though your intentions do not need to be bound by the imagery itself. 

If intention setting feels new to you, or you feel unsure in anyway, we can discuss this further in our visionary journey. Feel free to write any other feelings or ideas in regards to your intent.
