Enter a quantity of 1 to 4 for 10' x 10' booths

Enter a quantity of 1 or 2 for 8' x 8' booths

Booths will not be reserved and will be first come, first served. 

10' booth spaces come with one 8' table each

8' booth spaces come with one 6' table each

Each booth grouping will be provided 2 chairs. 

Extra 6' tables will be $20/each

Extra 8' tables will be $25/each (only available for 10' booth spaces.)

To register for the lottery to purchase the sponsorship of:

- Event Badges

- Event Lanyards

- The Build Platform Stage

- 3D Printed Derby

There is a separate Google form to register for that opportunity. Entry into that lottery must be made prior to May, 15, 2015. 

You will be provided an agreement to sign and return to reserve your space. Your space is not reserved until you sign and return your agreement. If you do not return your signed agreement within 30 days of issue, the agreement will be considered null and void. 

Upon our receipt of your signed agreement, we will execute the agreement, and invoice you for your space via Quickbooks. Payment will be due in 30 days. If not paid in full in 30 days, your floor spaces may be forfeited. All prices in $US Dollars.
