ALUMNI WEEKEND ACTIVITY REQUEST - ROLLING SUBMISSION FORM
Dear Swarthmore Alum,

Thank you for considering making an impact on Alumni Weekend! Without the work of volunteers, Alumni Weekend would not be possible, so thank you!

Throughout the year leading up to Alumni Weekend, our Reunion volunteers work together to submit class and affinity activity suggestions on behalf of their classmates for the schedule of events over Alumni Weekend. These activities are submitted in mid-November to the Advancement office for consideration during Alumni Weekend. After the November 15th submission, activities may be submitted for consideration on a “rolling” basis and will be reviewed for consideration by the Advancement office as requests are received.

You can expect to hear from a member of the Advancement office within two days of your submission to learn more about your request. Please keep in mind a few items when submitting an activity request:

- Campus space is limited, so please understand the location will fit your needs, but may be a different location than requested.

- Your class activity will be listed in the printed Alumni Weekend program if it is received by March 15. All activities, regardless of when they are submitted, will appear in the electronic program Guidebook.

- The expenses associated with the cost of your activity request will be discussed when a staff member contacts you. Items such as printed handouts, snacks, drinks, decorations, etc. are provided by the volunteers.
