Summer Self Care Conference 2022 Sponsor Form
The Summer Self Care Conference is an online event for teachers and educational professionals to learn about, revamp, or create a self-care routine to reduce stress and prevent burnout.  Attendees will be teachers, administration, and parents looking to learn more about self-care routines, practices, tips, etc..
Dates: July 22-24, 2022

We are organizing some giveaways and prizes and we would love to collaborate with you!  If you choose to donate to our promotions, we will list you as a sponsor of the event.  

Here's what we are planning:
-Sponsorship packages (outlined in this form and on our website)
-one giveaway on @teachingmindbodyandsoul Instagram This will be a no-follow giveaway to promote Summer Self Care Conference.  If your item is used, you will be tagged and featured in the caption.
-prizes for attendees - we will give prizes to attendees throughout the event.

You can choose how you would like your donated item(s) to be used.

Here are some examples of items:
-physical items (lanyard, candle, t-shirt, etc.)
-digital items (planner, worksheet, eBook, affirmation cards, etc.)
-services (audits, reviews, coaching, etc.)
-coupons (exclusive discount codes, code for one free item, etc.)

You are not limited to this list.  We are open to your unique ideas.  Our goal is to support small business owners and introduce our audience of attendees to you and your business.
