Vocal Confluence Digital Ad Order Form
This order form is for ads to be featured in our digital program on December 9th and 10th, 2023. Attendees will be able to scan a QR code to access the digital program on their digital devices. Ads will not be printed. Any ads that are sent without receipt of payment will not be included in the digital program. All ads and payments must be received no later than Wednesday, December 6th at 11:59 pm.

With us recently qualifying to compete at the 2024 International Convention, we have decided to give 50% of the proceeds from our digital show program ads back to our members to go towards the cost of registration, which can be hundreds of dollars per person. If you would like your 50% to go toward a certain person, please include their name below. If you do not know someone personally but you would still like to contribute, please write "Angel Fund" below! If no name is provided, your total amount will go to the chapter only, rather than individual members.
