All Club applicants, employees and volunteers are subjected to background checks; all Club employees and volunteers are subject to background checks annually. Background checks may include, but are not limited to, checks of an employee’s driver’s license, National Sex Offender search, state and federal criminal records and credit checks; any offenses or convictions may prevent on-going employment. All Volunteers are expected to pay for their background check and complete the specified training unless otherwise approved. Employment/Volunteer opportunities will not be considered if: You refuse to consent to a criminal background check, you make a false statement in connection with said criminal background check, you registered, or are required to be registered on a state or national sex offender registry, you have been convicted of a felony consisting of any of the following: murder, child abuse, a crime against children, including child pornography, domestic violence, abduction or human trafficking, a crime involving rape of sexual assault, arson, weapons, physical assault or battery, or have been convicted of a drug or alcohol related offense committed within the las five (5) years *
