Event Date: Saturday June 22nd
Time: 3pm-9pm

SET UP
Event Set-Up Timing: 9am - 12 Noon
Event Time: 3pm - 9pm (Soft Opening 2pm)
Event Clean-Up Timing: 9pm - 11pm


Set-up
Vendors will be provided with one 10 x 10 booth space (unless more have been requested and paid for) aYou will have 2 and a half hours prior to the show to set up your table. Your booth space will be PRE-ASSIGNED ready for you to setup at 9:00am on the day of the event. By 12:00pm set up will be complete and the loading dock will be CLOSED. The Doors will officially open at 2pm. You may bring in standalone items such as mannequins and clothing racks to place in your booth. Vendor is allowed to have 2 other individuals at the booth to assist with set up and sales. All 3 people at the booth do not need tickets as long as they are present during the hours of setup. Every other individual at table must have a purchased ticket. 

Electricity
We do not provide electricity. The venue has limited outlets of electricity. If your vendor table is next to an outlet, then you can plug into that outlet. Please do not run any extensions cords across the venue as this may cause a trip hazard.  

Teardown
At 9pm the Festival will end and you can begin to teardown your booth and have until 10pm to remove all of your belongings from the venue.

Liability
Festive ICT assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the venue. The venue will provide adequate security required by law for the event.

Festive ICT shall not be liable for non-performance of the contract when such non-performance is attributable to labor troubles, disputes or strikes, accidents, government (Federal, State or Municipal) regulations or restrictions upon travel or transportation, non-availability of food, beverage or supplies, riots, national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or now which are beyond the reasonable control of Festive ICT.

Return or Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

LOAD IN & PARKING
-Load in and parking information to be released in the weeks leading up to the event

ABSOLUTELY NO SHARING OF TABLES
Vendors will NOT be allowed to share tables with other Vendors at the event. Friends, family and associates that might be interested in sharing their Vendor space to sell products will have to purchase their own vendor space. 

*PLEASE FOLLOW ALL RULES & REGULATIONS*
Failure to comply with all Festive ICT’s rules, regulations and requirements at Wichita Taco Fest,  if vendor is involved in any unruly behavior including but not limited to intoxication, verbal abuse of other vendors, event attendees or event staff, will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the festival and future Festive ICT events.
