PennSEM Community Engagement -- Spring '24 Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in PennSEM's Community Engagement Branch for the fall semester!

What We Do:
- Long-term consulting initiatives with StacheStrong or Ardella's House (see below for further information on these organizations)
- Monthly volunteering opportunities. Past volunteering includes Philabundance and partnering with UPenn's Habitat for Humanity Club.

Benefits:
- Provides an introduction to the work we do at PennSEM Consulting
- Allows you to give back to the broader Philadelphia community
- Engage in impactful, meaningful projects while in college

Further Information:
- NO application needed! Any interested member, regardless of school year or major, is welcome to join Community Engagement. 

Ardella's House assists women with criminal justice histories by aiding them in job searching, housing, and obtaining healthcare.

**Note: This is not a commitment form, just a form to gauge interest in the Community Engagement Branch. However, if you choose to join, do you certify the following: 
1. You will be able to commit to one hour, weekly project meetings. (Day of the week TBD)
2. You will complete your project deliverables on-time.
3. You can attend at least one volunteering session each semester.
4. You understand that if you are unable to attend a meeting one week or cannot complete your project deliverable on-time, you will inform either Noor or Mahisha (VPs of Community Engagement) ahead of the meeting, at least 24 hours in advance.
