STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARDS: Kelly Saffle Leadership Award

The Kelly Saffle Leadership award is given to a Central Ohio Technical College student who exemplifies strong and consistent leadership in the campus community.

Criteria:

Must have attended COTC for two consecutive semesters
Have never won the award previously
Hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7
Must demonstrate participation in one or more campus student organizations
Recommendation letter from faculty or staff member OR fellow student

Recipient receives: a plaque and $100 award

Eligibility criteria require that the nominee has not previously received the Kelly Saffle Leadership award

Cumulative GPA *

Eligibility criteria require the nominee holds a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7. If known, please include, otherwise leave blank. (The Office of Student Life will verify the cumulative GPA of each nominee.)

Provide information demonstrating the nominee's participation in one or more campus student organizations.

Recommendation Letter *

Application requirements include one recommendation letter from a faculty or staff member OR a fellow student. (Does not have to be lengthy, but does need to include enough information for the committee to fully weigh the nomination). Please select your choice of delivery.
