This fundraiser is paperless, and all payment must be submitted through PayPal or with a Credit or Debit Card. A PayPal account is not required to make a payment. The amount of your PayPal transaction should match the above total. Totals will be verified before orders are placed. SPECIAL NOTE: Be sure to submit payment through PayPal AND this order form--both are required to complete your order.
Step 1 - Follow the PayPal link below to make a payment. (Read to the end of these steps before following the link.)
Step 2 - Type the purchase amount and select "NMB Detergent Fundraiser" from the pulldown menu. You may use an existing PayPal account (requires login) or a Credit/Debit Card (to checkout as guest) to make the payment. You do not need to be a PayPal user in order to make your payment.
Step 3 - You have the option to "Write a Note." In that space, please list the name and email address that you gave at the top of this form.
Step 4 - Enter all required information, and click "Donate Now" at the bottom.
Step 5 - Return to this form and click "Submit" at the bottom.
Thank you for your support! You will receive an email confirmation with your responses to this form. Placement of orders is subject to payment verification.
