Nanny McTea Sitters delivers specialized on-site childcare services, providing a nurturing, engaging, and secure setting for kids of all ages. Childcare providers arrive at the event with age-focused activities and games to keep the young attendees entertained. Parents, friends, and guests can focus entirely on the main event knowing qualified sitters are watching their children safely nearby

Please use the following guide to determine which Tier Package is best for your upcoming event. For events longer than 4 hours or your event is a multiple day event, please send an email to nannymctea@gmail.com 

Tier 1 

Option 1 - 2 hr ; 6 kids ; 2 sitters ; no food included $425 — with food included —$500 

Option 2 - 3 hr ; 6 kids ; 2 sitter ; no food included $500 — with food included —$575

Option 3 - 4 hr ; 6 kids ; 2 sitter ; no food included $575— with food included — $650 

Tier 2 

Option 1 - 2 hr ; 12kids ; 3 sitters ; no food included — $630 — with food included $810 

Option 2 - 3 hr ; 12 kids ; 3 sitters ; no food included — $705 — with food included $885 

Option 3 - 4 hr ; 12 kids ; 3 sitters ; no food included — $780 — with food included $960



Tier 3 

Option 1 - 2 hr ; 20 kids ; 5 sitters ; no food — $950 — with food included $1,250 

Option 2 - 3 hr ; 20 kids ; 5 sitters ; no food — $1,075 — with food included $1,375

Option 3 - 4 hr ; 20 kids ; 5 sitters ; no food — $1,200 — with food included $1,500

Tier 4 

Option 2 - 3 hr ; 35kids ; 6 sitters ; no food included $1,425 — with food include $1,950

Option 3 - 4 hr ; 35 kids ; 6 sitters ; no food included $1,575 — with food included $2,100

Tier 5 

Option 2 - 3 hr ; 50 kids ; 8 sitters ; no food included $1,900 -- with food included $2,650 Option 3 - 4 hr ; 50 kids ; 8 sitters ; no food included $2,100 -- with food included $2,850


A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your date and will be deducted from the price you see below. 

A 15% service charge is added to each invoice. 

All packages include a coloring station, game station, reading zone & free play area. For additional items to add to your package, see the a la carte list.
