Academic success occurs with daily practice, and our program funding relies on regular daily attendance. If your child is on scholarship 3 unexcused absences and your student may be dropped from the program. Please notify us ahead of time in case of family emergency, or any other reason your child will not be able to attend. There are other students waiting to enroll in our program and we want to make the services available to those students who want to participate. This is a research project whose aim is to improve the Math Achievement of Black Students. I hereby give permission for my child to participate in St. Carries Center Online SMART Academy Math 2023-2024 BootCamp. I understand that during SCC SMART Academy program activities my photograph and/or the photograph of my child may be taken by SCC SMART Academy for educational purposes. Classes will be recorded for safety purposes, promotion of educational services and to secure educational funding which makes our program accessible to Black Children globally who can not afford to pay for enrichment services. *
