▼『オープンライブ』とは
出演者をオープンに募り、MusicVket5開催期間中の2日間で実施する、ライブイベント企画です。
会場は MusicVket5 VRChat会場 に用意される特設ライブ専用ワールドとなります（出展会場とは別で用意されます）。ステージにビデオプレイヤーを設置、ストリームURLを入力頂くことで、自由にライブ実施が可能となります。ストリームURLとして利用可能なサービスとして、VRCDN、TopazChat 等の、VRChat上でのライブ実施において代表的なサービスへ対応予定です。
この「オープンライブ」は MusicVket5 の公式企画として実施、サイト・Twitter・ワールド等でのタイムテーブル公開、ライブ告知、出演アーティスト紹介等を行います。この会場は会期中Public化されるため、誰でもライブ実施は可能となる予定ですが、公式企画として実施されるのがオープンライブとなります。もちろん、オープンライブ以外で独自にワールドを利用頂くことも可能となる予定です。
オープンライブ出演に出展費等は不要、MusicVket5への出展も不問です。ただし、出演に際し出演費のお支払い等がない企画となります。こちら予めご了承頂ければ幸いです。

申込数が多数となった場合、抽選等を行う場合がございます。
結果は募集締切後、1週間程度の後にお申し込み頂いた方へご連絡予定です。
▼申し込み条件
1. VRChat上でのライブパフォーマンスが可能な方であること
（例）
・ステージにビデオプレイヤーにTopazChat等のストリームURLを入力してのライブ
・ビデオプレイヤーを利用しない、マイクを通したライブ
・ダンスパフォーマンスや、アバターギミックを使った音楽パフォーマンスなど
2. Discordでのご連絡が可能な方であること
「オープンライブ」実施までの準備期間、専用Discordサーバでのやりとりを想定しております。
▼注意事項など
・ライブ実施に際し、スタッフ人員数の都合上、誠に恐縮ながら当日のMusicVketスタッフによる技術サポート、インスタンス管理、会場誘導スタッフの配置等は原則ございません。ただし、ご相談の上で当日のスタッフ配置を検討していくことは可能です。もしご入用でしたらお気軽にご相談ください。
・ライブ当日、会場にて発生したトラブル等について、ライブ専用ワールドの不具合や瑕疵に起因する物を除き、原則として MusicVket は一切の責任を負いかねます。ただし、未然の防止に向けた準備やご相談は、可能な限り最大限サポートいたします。ご相談ください。
・ MusicVket 公式によるライブ中継配信の有無については、現在検討中となっております。楽曲セットリスト等との兼ね合いともなりますため、結果発表後、出演確定アーティスト各位と相談の上で決定させて頂ければと考えています。
・ビデオプレイヤー設置によるライブ会場という特性上、複数インスタンスでの同時開催には対応しておりません。1インスタンスでの実施となります。

MusicVket ではこれまでの開催においても、会場をご利用頂いたゲリラライブなどが様々なアーティスト様によって行われてきておりました。運営として拝見するたび、スタッフ一同大変嬉しく思っておりました。この場を借りて、改めて感謝申し上げます。
今回の「オープンライブ」は、そういったライブ企画・実施アーティスト各位を MusicVket としても是非なんとかプッシュしていきたいという想いから、まずは出来ることから始めようと企画した物でもあります。
そのため大型イベントとしては前例も多くない形式をとり、運営としても手探りで始める企画となります。至らぬ点など多々あるかと思いますが、是非みなさまと、可能の限り多くの人が「バーチャル×音楽」の可能性と面白さを知り、そしてアーティスト各位も新たな可能性を開いていけるイベントにしていければと考えています。

▼What is Open Live?
It's a series of live event programs held over a two-day period during MusicVket5.
The event will take place in a special live stage world at the MusicVket5 VRChat venue (separate from the exhibition venue). A video player will be set up on the stage, on which you can enter the stream URL to freely hold live performances. The stream URLs can be used on VRCDN, TopazChat, and other services commonly used for live performances on VRChat.
This Open Live will be held as an official project of MusicVket5, where the timetable, the live announcements, and artist profiles will be displayed on the website, Twitter, the world, etc. As the venue will be open to the public for the duration of the event, anyone can hold live performances, but this Open Live will be held as an official project. Of course, it will also be possible to use the world for other purposes.
No exhibition fee is required to perform at the Open Live, nor do you need to have an exhibition booth in MusicVket5. On the other hand, there will be no performance fee payable to you. We would appreciate your understanding in advance.
▼Open Live Performance Application Period
March 12, 2023 to April 12, 2023 (can be extended)
If there are too many applications, a lottery will be held.
The result will be notified to the applicants about a week after the application deadline.
▼Application Requirements
1. Applicants must be able to give a live performance on VRChat.
E.g.
Live performance using the video player on the stage by inputing stream URL of TopazChat, etc.
Live performance through a microphone without a video player.
Dance performance, music performance with avatar gimmick, etc.
2. Applicants must be able to be contacted via Discord.
During the preparation period before the Open Live, we expect to communicate with you via a dedicated Discord server.
▼Notes
・MusicVket staff will not be able to provide technical support, instance management, or venue guidance on the day of the Open Live, for we only have a limited number of staff. However, we are happy to discuss staffing options with you. Please feel free to contact us if you require such services.
・MusicVket is not to be held responsible or liable for any problems that may occur at the venue on the day of the live concert, except for those caused by defects or malfunctions in the live stage world. However, we will provide our best support for the preparation and consultation to prevent such problems. Please contact us.
・We have not determined whether we will provide official broadcasts of the live performances as MusicVket. Since we need to take the matter of the music set list into account, we will discuss this matter with the performing artists afterward.
・Due to the nature of the event, we will not be able to hold the event in multiple instances at the same time. You may hold the event only in one instance.
▼ Other details
MusicVket has seen many occasions of live guerrila performances by various artists at the venue In the past MusicVket events. As the organizers, we have been very happy to see them. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude.
This Open Live event was made to get the word out about live performances and artists like MusicVket, starting on the street.
Therefore, this event will take on a format that does not have many precedents as a large-scale event, and we organizers will need to try many things out for the first time. While there can be many setbacks, we hope to achieve an excellent event with you to let as many people as possible learn about the possibilities and fun feelings of "virtual x music", and artists will be able to open up new possibilities.
